For our Client, a leader in commercial real estate business services, we are currently looking for:
Reporting to the Country Manager (CM) you will be responsible for the Profit and Loss of the centre, the management of the centre team members (CSR) as well as for ensuring high centre quality & standards. You will also be responsible for converting enquiries into new sales, hence achieving centre sales targets.
The Role:Generating sales to designated external prospects through effective lead generation
Expansion and renewal of current client contracts
Managing the Customer Service Team
Generating profitable new business
Skills Required:A self motivated leader with a real passion to grow the business and succeed
Customer service and sales experience in a service related business to business environment
Ability to work with financials, including P&L reports, forward order book and yield management
Minimum 4 years of management experience
